CRITTERS IN COSTUME

Basic Entry Information

Come strut your stuff on stage for fun and the chance to win fabulous prizes.

Entries will be judged on consistency with the Auburn Good Ol’ Days theme. Audience impact will be the judge.

Categories are:

Creativity

Most Patriotic

Cutest

Ugliest

Most Glamorous

Best Cowboy

Best Cowgirl

Best presentation

All attendees who wish to enter the costume contest may pre-register by mail or at the Auburn Good Ol’ Days Information Booth located at Main St & B St  NE  Friday evening and prior to Saturday, August 8th at 11:00 am.

All Participants will gather in front of the City Hall after the Parade for a brief organizational meeting for participants with the Costume Contest Coordinator.

After a preliminary round of judging, the final round of costume judging will begin at approximately 2:00.

Entry Fee $10

Portion of proceeds to be donated to

Pasado’s Safe Haven

Sultan, Washington

Seniors or 12 & under $5

All participants will be required to go on stage to show off their costume and be judged.

The Master of Ceremonies will announce the participant's name;

give a brief description of the costume and the name of the designer.

 

You are also welcome to join the

Critters in Costume group in the Grand Parade at HIGH NOON prior to the competition.
