All attendees who wish to enter
the costume contest may pre-register by mail or at the All Participants will gather in front of the City Hall after the Parade for a brief organizational meeting for participants with the Costume Contest Coordinator.
After a preliminary round of
judging, the final round of costume judging will begin at approxim Entry Fee $10 Portion of proceeds to be donated to Pasado’s Safe Haven Sultan, Washington Seniors or 12 & under $5

All participants will be required to go on stage to show off their costume and be judged. The Master of Ceremonies will announce the participant's name; give a brief description of the costume and the name of the designer.
